Anyone use Europa Parts?
I have. They are a great place to get parts. The sales folks know our cars very well. They have always had what I need in stock. Shipping is very reasonable and they deliver fast. Great guys to deal with!

I have and will continue to do so more now since I will not be ordering from ECS if I can help it. I ordered a chain tensioner from ECS for a 3.2fsi and it failed after 4,000 miles (2 months). I spent $4,000 in about 16 orders in 2014 at ECS. I explained my situation to their customer service dept and they will not exchange or refund the part unless I bring the car to a licensed shop to prove its defective. Well Im not paying more for that proof than what the part cost. I removed their painfully obvious collapsed and failed tensioner, which was making a racket followed by jumped timing, replaced it with another tensioner and the car runs beautiful. Luckily no bent valves.
So, yes Europa has good prices, fast and cheap shipping, and they give you a cool sticker with every order.
