Hi guys, my boot didn't seem to close right as if it was catching on to something. So took the bottom hook where the lock catches, off. And decided to clean it and put some grease. After refitting it I forgot to mark the position where the lock came off and now my bootlid is sitting towards the right when the bootlid is closed

anyone know the best way to realign the bootlid? Or shall I take it to Audi and let them sort it?

Loosen it off so that it is tight but not too tight then tap it in the direction that you want to relocate it to then try the tailgate.
Keep doing this until it is correct then fully tighten it.
