Default Blacking out my 2005 A6 Quattro

I am in the process of getting my A6 "murdered out" I tested the Rustoleum High Performance spray paint and primer on my spare and it looks great, I will be doing the rest of the wheel this weekend. I seen a post from way back from AudiWorld Forums - View Profile: ssbmg who did a few other things that I am considering. I am wondering if any knows where to buy the matte black window trim or what is best to use in order to achieve this look? Everything else I pretty much have figured out. I will post before and after pictures once it is complete. Thanks in advance!

Also, if anyone knows where I can get a VAGCOM cheaper that would be awesome. I want to be able to do some coding as most of us do on here so if I can get what I need without spending $400+ that would be great.

For the matte black window trip, could try a matte black plasti dip.

Regarding Vag-Com, the only "cheap" options come from eBay and they seem pretty hit or miss. There seems to be more and more Audi people (mainly over on Audizine) trying the Carista app/Bluetooth dongle combo to get some of the stuff done. Looks like you can be all in for

Thanks for the tips! I purchased the foxwell 500 on ebay for $150 barely used so I am excited about getting it and trying some things out. I also purchased some matte black auto molding strip tape for covering up the silver trim. I am also wondering about the narrow panels at the bottom of the doors. It appears that over the years rain/snow has gotten in and done some rust damage and is popping them out from the top. I am wondering how to take them off and maybe sand the rust off and using some Rustoleum rust preventing spray paint and then putting the old ones back on. Any assistance with this would be awesome. Also any tips for coding and mods like that are appreciated. I got the MMI and Bluetooth updates CDs at home and hoping to get this done soon as well. I am a huge DIY/tech guy and have loved Audi cars for a long time and finally purchased my first one. I don't like paying a bunch of money to dealerships or bum mechanics when I can usually do everything myself, so any advice on things would be great!
