hi got a problem with the climatronic the blower won't work i did test it with a 12v battery and it runs fine, Then i thought it was the resistor but no it was not. i got these fault codes of my delphi cdp

We had a similar problem before. The climate control would periodically turn itself off. It would work for a while and then decide to turn itself off. When I scanned it, I got an error. When I took the blower motor out, it seemed to work but not completely smooth. I took it apart, cleaned off some build up and added silicone spray (if I recall correctly) to the motor shaft. Put it all back together and voila ... no issues for about 3-4 years now.

I had the same problem, I open the hood, remove the cowl cover to expose the plastic housing that houses the blower. turn the car on with blower on high, go back under the hood and fist hammer the housing , and Voila! blower works and hasn't had problem for 2 months now.

fault has been solved,
4F0 820 511 A Climate control flap positioning motor
and the
A/C Pressure sensor was also broken.
