You re-code for the battery when you fit a new one (purchased thru the dealer).

I actually did not have any time to that this weekend. But you can try it out with this procedure.

Two days ago my 2008 Audi Q5 started with this problem. My left rear door doesn't unlock from outside, but open normally by inside. I got the same fault:

Address 62: Door, Rear Left Labels: 4F0-959-795.clb
Control Module Part Number: 4F0 959 795 M HW: 8K0 959 795 B
Component and/or Version: TSG HL H10 0251
Software Coding: 010C02204000240004
Work Shop Code: WSC 06335 000 00000
VCID: 438F3EA8C28EC76
1 Fault Found:

02115 - Locking Unit for Central Locking
008 - Implausible Signal

Anyone solved this?

I'm now experiencing this issue on my 2009 Q5, but it's the drivers door (RHD) which is affected, so it's causing me some grief.

Has anyone got any view on how to troubleshoot whether the battery is the root cause, or whether its a microswitch or the lock unit or control unit?

From what I have read it is the door lock assembly.
