Hello:
I wonder if anyone has successfully installed this steering wheel control interface for use with either an Andriod box/tablet. The documentation seems to suggest that the CarPC JoyCon Exc – CAN IBUS Steering wheel controls USB interface supports Digital Steering wheel controls for AUDI ‘99-’04 (LIN) but I am looking for tips (or a DIY) for a C6.


PS: A related question is where are the CAN High & Low connectors for the C6 steering wheel controls located? Can /i use just any CAN High / Low signal pair?

Not sure specifically about the steering wheel controls but my understanding is that you can tap into any CAN high/low wiring.


I tapped into the wires running into my convenience module in my trunk to get my rear-view-camera retrofit functioning but I think I had also seen some other people tap into the CAN around the glove box with success for the RVC.
