Hi, i bought a car two weeks ago and mmi lights on the left side doesn't work. Also I tried to charge my iPhone through cigarette lighter and its not working! I can tell that previous owner might have spilled something on it but is there any cure rather just replacing the whole unit! It doesn't bother in day time but at night is sometimes a struggle!

That's in day time! The central button doesn't illumate.

cigarette lighter fuse might be out but if that is not the case then it could be a wiring issue i don't know if there is a fuse for mmi as well but check your manual for that information

Well both of 20amp fuses are blown so I'm gonna get them! Definitely previous owner had spilled something there!

I would have another question - how to get out cigarette burner out of there, it's stuck.. Cigarette lighter however is illuminated, fuses are all ok, and half lightening on one side. Wiring only?

you simply pull up on the cigarette lighter and pull it out...if it's stuck, it's most likely as a result of spillage in the area and hence the sticking factor. Leverage some solvent to clean it out and remove it.

Did you get your mmi lights sorted ad i have the same problem theiright half is cool however scroll and left half doesnt illuminate??

Let me know if changing the fuses worked as my cigerette port is also out
