P2404 Check Engine Light
Hello everyone,
My car is 2006 Audi A6 Base-Line.
About a week ago, I had a check engine light on and went to the Autozone to scan the code.
The error code was P2404.
The funny thing is that it came on for couple days and automatically went off.
And, suddenly, it came on again last night.
It never happend past 5 years of driving this vehicle, but once, only once, I put the gas in the tank while the engine was running. I think this might the problem with the issue.
What is going on with my car?
Does anybody have a similar experience that I am having?
I'm out of warranty so I am scared to death to go to dealer.

That's a lot of money.. Do you own the same vehicle as I have? How much did it cost you total?

Depends if is a leak can be dangerous.. Check your car around check hoses. And everything remove the cover to check all the plastic hoses that break so easy is under the belt cover...
