Default serpentine belt/tensioner 3.2

I have a slight squeal only when shutting car off. I want to replace belt tensioner. When replacing the belt/tensioner on a 3.2 do you do it from above or from below with the belly pan remove. Doesnt look like much room there. I saw the post by audi bug but saw now mention.

Looking at the Bentley Repair manual, you should be able to remove it from above, after removing the ribbed belt. The bolt that secure it is tightened to 40 N-m.
