Rear sway bar bushings bracket
I used to hear a loud clunk when going over some bumps. Put the rear wheels on ramps and the bushings bracket on one side is completely broken.
btw- I have H&R rear sway bar - 22mm I believe
The part number appears to be 4F0511439 - part #20 (2006 Audi A6 Quattro Parts - genuinevwaudiparts.com)
Are there aftermarket (H&R or others) bracket that are available to go with the stronger bar?

huh. never heard of this before. maybe not torqued evenly on install?
I re-used my brackets with H&R bar. was going to replace, simply for a clean look, but were a special order 3 day item and i wanted to do it on a weekend.....

The clamp hasn't just cracked, it has actually straightened out from the curl/'C' position - I'll take a pic when I get under the car to replace it. The clamps are a special order.

looks like the top ear of the clamp did indeed separate once sheared, i can see that the remaining vestige of the clamp would straighten out as the bushing pressed against it.
the question is why did the top ear of the clamp break off, and how to prevent that on your new clamp.....

I guess reasons could be
-Incorrect/not equal torques
-Rust (CA car but I do ski and head to Tahoe frequently)
-Taking one of the corners way too fast - I live up a hill with hair-pin curves. If someone starts tailgating me I let her loose (which 8 times of 10 happens to be a subie)
