Unpretentious

I have an AUDI A6 2004 (V6 2.4 multitronic). It's been giving me a lot of problems lately. Initially multiple cylinders misfired, so I changed the coil pack and everything went ok. Than my transmission ECU failed and I had to replace it but after its replacement cylinder 5 misfired. I changed the plugs and leads, it ran smoothly for couple of days but then again it misfired. At idle the car shakes and when you push the throttle it doesn't accelerate immediately and it takes a little while to gather momentum. I have spend too much money already now need a quick fix, hopefully some GURU will help me out. Cheerz!
