rSAP Adapter questions PN:8P0051440A
I just recently purchased a used 2006 A6 Quattro. I am looking for an Audi rSAP Adapter part number: 8P0051440A that is missing from the center arm rest. It appears that if I had this adapter I could connect my phone up for hands freecalling. Does anyone have any idea ofwhere to start looking? I found one onebay from overseas but would rather buy local or from the US.<o></o>

The connection in the center armrest is for phone cradle and you can only get 2G Motorola flip phone and old iPhone 2G cradles. It's not for bluetooth module. You should already have bluetooth module installed for handsfree calling but it may be bricked. There was recall for the early C6 to update the BT modules with new SW and FW.

Most likely it's not. The TSB advised dealerships to update the BT module and then update MMI. The problem was that if the SW and FW on the BT module was mismatched and the MMI was updated to newer version it would brick the BT module. Now this was in 2007 or 2008.
You need to get your car scanned with VCDS and see if there is any fault codes regarding the BT module.
