Default Spark plug service - Cannot remove #9 coil, any suggestions?

Picked up an 07 S6 a couple weeks back and have some misfire issues. Picked up NGK double platinums and did the plug swaps yesterday. I was surprised how quickly the service was on my own having yet to work on this car. #5 wasn't terrible, airbox out, coolant moved to the side, but I can't say the same for #9. The power Steering reservoir bracket, which is right in front will not provide enough space to get the coil out without bending it. I've removed a 10mm nut at the bottom of that bracket bolted to the subframe but it's not going anywhere.

Anyone done their own spark plug service and have a work around?

Much appreciated!

I recently changed all 10 spark plugs. 9 and 10 are more difficult. You will need to unscrew the power steering reservoir holder/bracket. Pull the bracket open to be able to move the reservoir out of the way. You might also have to push the bracket closed (without the reservoir inside) to be able to get at the spark plug.

Thank you.. thought about that after posting. With the res slipped up and out most of the way I should be able to collapse the clamp inward enough to get the coil out... Will give it a try. Did you remove the entire bracket before or just make some wiggle room?

Thanks!

I moved the reservior outside the bracket and then push the bracket closed.
