I bought the BBA Reman eBay bosch 8.0 module repair ($158)+ 2nd day air shipping ($40).
I'll remove the module on sunday, a week from now, & ship it out on that monday. Hopefully, I'll have it back in by the following weekend.
I'll follow up with feedback on the quality of service.

I pulled the module yesterday & sent it off this morning. I taped up the cable & the pump's exposed connections, so that I can use the car in the interim.

Boy, did I get some alerts! ESP, ASB & parking brake naturally came up. I also got an engine CEL/MIL. The adaptive headlights are alerting & high beam doesn't work normally. Speedo/odometer is out. Additionally, the airbags are out.

But, with my garmin, I can see speed. So, I can do this for a few days.

BBA Reman received my abs module on Wednesday morning. They repaired it & shipped it out Wednesday afternoon. I got it back Friday afternoon. I put it back in this morning. It all work fine!
I did pay $40 extra for UPS 2nd Day Air shipping, but total turnaround was only 4 days! However, purchasing their service through eBay, instead of directly off their website, did save me almost $200! I also used PayPal to process my payment, which afforded me another level of buyer protection.
So, I am very satisfied with BBA Reman servicrs.
There is a lifetime warranty on the repair too.
So, I am very pleased with this repair service by BBA Reman!
