I hope you realize that simply buying new shocks and using the H&R springs will not impact your lift. What you need is replace the springs and there's some great threads here on OEM style struts, if you decide your struts are shot.

Oh im sorry i should have known replying from a mobile device you can't do it properly. I bought OEM springs for my car because i have H&R in there they dropped the car i did it at 95 K so about 13K miles ago and i want them out and gone! just waiting to put new ones on whenever the mechanic has time to do that. I will be utilizing the search tool as best as possible before i ask a question and i appreciate all the help thank you raj and everyone!
