Will these rims fit my '08 A6 S-Line?
Can some help me out and tell me if 225/35/19 rims will fit and work well on my 2008 A6 S-Line? These rims were previously on my 2008 BMW 128i and now are located in a different state 1200mi away. I just want to know if it worth me shipping them to myself. Thanks.
By the way rims are Stern ST-5. ( ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Q3T4C5tOcQ]

Bolt pattern you need is 5x112. It won't work.

Very upsetting ;-(
Will have to buy new ones.
Thank you.
Since these won't fit, I think I will go with 20". Will the 20s cause any problems? Rubbing, scratching etc? Thanks in advance.

20" will work. I have them. Just get the right offset and width. Also, you have a heavy car so do not get cheap rims if going for 20".

I really like these but the pattern is wrong again

Also I was curious so I did quick research. Those 19s that are 5x114.3 were on my BMW which from what I just checked is 5x120. How did that work?

You are venturing of in a trully 'Mickey Mouse' territory with those wheels and a wheel kit.
But it's your car... so here's the link.

Adaptors are thick. Keep in mind. May end up with ET 20 after you're done. Wheels will stick out like crazy. It will surely be one of a kind.

What adapter thickness would I need?
By "Does your vehicle take lug bolts" which ones will I need? From a research in looks like I will need 14x150 but wanted to double check.
Also with these spacers, will I need to cut the studs shorter to make the wheel fit on the adapter? If so its a big No-No for me. Sorry all of the above might sound very dumb to you but I appreciate your help.
