Default HELP - What is this part?

I have a 2006 A6 3.2L and I'm throwing a check engine code. The problem was traced back to this part, but I don't know what its called so I can't find the replacement part. It has a vacuum line on the left, top-side and an plastic actuator arm on the bottom. See the 2nd photo. The arm is suppose to snap on a plastic ball but it keeps popping off and then the check engine light come on again. So far, it seems to run ok, but I want to replace it. Its under the top vacuum in the 1st photo.
Any help would be helpful.

Thanks,
Dave...

Looking at ETKA 7, it would appear that the part you are asking about (the black cylinder) is called the "drive unit", P/N 06E-133-619. It is part of the intake system that operates off of vacuum. If that is not the part, then try to get a better picture of the part to see if I can ID it.

Thanks, but the 'drive unit' circled in the 1st picture is not the part with the problem. Its the past under it. Its circled in the bottom, left picture. You can see in this photo, it has a vacuum line coming out the top left side of the unit. The arm (see top right photo) come out the bottom of this unit and is supposed to snap on the plastic ball as seen directly below the arm in the same photo. If I get it back on, the check engine light goes out. But I can restart the car once or twice and the light comes back on the the arm is popped off again.

Thanks,
Dave...

I looked at my A6 and saw the part you asking about. It appears to me that it is part of the intake activation system, and is probably part of the whole manifold assembly, just as the previous part I listed. In checking that P/N on www.genuineaudiparts.com, it is not sold separately, and is part of the intake manifold, which lists for ~$1.3K.

OK, it is called a Drive Unit, but the part # is 06e-133-159
But I still can't find this part available online. I can find this part number with an additional letter added to the end, but those parts are for different years of Audi's. Mine is a 2006 A6 3.2l Quattro.
Anyone know where I could get this part from?

Thanks,
Dave...

Yep, after much researching I found out the part I need to replace, is no longer available by its part number. The reason is, its sold as a kit now and the above part number listed is correct. 06e133125k. ECS Tuning has it at teh best price.

Thanks,
Dave...
