"Stuck with it" is an understatement. According to the Carfax, it seems the vehicle has been at the dealer for over a year. If so, they're most likely taking a loss at $40.4K which represents today's market for a 2012 CPO'd A7 with that mileage.

I'd certainly check if this car was a candidate for the fuel rail recall. If so, ask for documentation that the recall work was performed. Or, have them perform the work before delivering the car.

Enjoy the ride.

OP,

I originally looked at both of those vehicles on both Carguru and Autotrader. I would hold out because you will find a better deal elsewhere.

I am unsure of where you are located but I am located in Northwest Maryland. If you can, look around DC. I found a couple of nice ones around there (Rockville/Silver Spring Audi). I luckily found my CPO 13' with 22k for just over $48k. It is not fully loaded, however, I came from a Subaru STi so pretty much everything from the sunroof to navigation is an improvement. Only downfall is the horsepower haha.

Check CarMax too. I saw a couple of nice vehicles on there. They wont be CPO but you can get a warranty through CarMax. Just food for thought.

An A7 at the dealer for over a year is a red-flag for me to walk-away. I'd look around and see if you can't find a model year newer or one with fewer miles.
