I like the new front end, particularly the new matrix lights, and I like the rear end, BUT, the weird rectangular tailpipes on the A7 are, IMHO, awful. At least they didn't do that to the S7....

Never liked the pipes on the current A7.

I like them too. The taillight horizontal element and the exhaust tips tie the rear together and make it appear wider.

I am confused. If I order a new A7 in US now , do I receive a 2015 model ? Is this the same 2015 model to be sold in Europe ? When can I order the car with the 330 HP engine ? Thanks

Yes

Sort of - The US export lacks some features that are available to the rest of the world.

As soon as Audi says that they are available in the A6. All the A6/A7 engines produce more horse power than what is advertised now.

That extra 20 hp will likely only be a slight change in tune. Or simply a change in marketing - as you wrote, the 3.0T engine output is underrated now.

I always thought they should have launched the 2010 concept as was !, interesting comparing the front lights and grill of the 2010 concept to the 2015 model. I prefer the more integrated look of the exhaust tips on the 2010 concept.

I'm pretty sure USA will get the new model next year as MY2016.
The MY2015's order guide is already out and people are making orders, with expected delivery dates coming up in June/July/etc.
Audi is not going to change this mid-year, so they are going to wait for the next model year cycle to start, which is going to be early next year.
Also, I believe Europe usually gets the newer models before USA.

Thanks for the answers.. I am even more confused now, it looks like the US will get a 1015 and Europe a 1015 1/2 model during the year of 2014. It doesn't make sense to call a 2015 model in Europe a 2015 and the same car in US a 2016 model. People who ordered a A7 recently will get a 2015 model but not the same car that will soon be available in Europe, correct ?
