The earliest orders should be hitting owners the 3rd or 4th week of March. I don't know when the first stocked ones will show up.

When did you place your order?
I saw the EPA #s for the A7 TDI are finally out now. TFSIs have been out a few weeks now. Someone else previously mentioned these numbers had to be out before cars could be released as well.

I don't know that they need to be on the fueleconomy.gov web site at the time of release, but yes, the testing needs to be completed before the Monroney Sticker can be printed; those aren't allowed to say "TBD"...
