Default 2016 A7 Prestige GPS is unbelievably poor

I bought this car new about 3 months ago. I have back and forth to the shop a few times because the GPS works poorly compared to my iPhone. It never can reroute in traffic. The shops say it should but can't figure it out. Today I took it in for servicing to a new shop. I was given a new A4 as a loaner. That GPS works great. I was in traffic and it was routing me out of it. I mentioned this to the shop today when my car was done. They looked it over and said not sure why but they know it should do the same. I am close to trying the California lemon law. Anyone else have ideas on this?

You would try out the Lemon law for something like this?? Seems like a bit of overkill...personally I would get hold of the General Manager (not Service Mgr) and put him into the position of "solving" your problem. I have used that tact on a number of occasions and its worked. If that fails, I would be on the phone with AofA and ask them to open a case. I used to have an MB E350 with a hosed up Sirius/XM unit - it was really chronic and they wound up replacing the unit and antenna and the issue was fixed.
