I've had my car since January,m and bought it brand new. When I go in reverse, I have the car in a graphic mode but there's no actual camera mode.. I'm talking about the overhead camera to the left of the reverse camera screen..

And my car doesn't have a "camera" button in the parking mode.. Is it just the A7 that doesn't come with that feature?

Oh and the corner cameras, rear and front cameras work fine.. Just no "camera" button for the 360 degree camera.. So strange that it's not a feature

Correct, the A7 never had it.

Thanks for the quick reply. Damn that's unfortunate.. You'd expect them to put it in the newest model. Same goes for the apple car play and stuff. Shame to put so much money into a car to have it lack such basic features that are found on other, cheaper models. While I realize it's not important, it certainly makes you feel "complete".

I bet those features will show up when it gets refreshed in a couple of years.

My 2014 AUDI A6 has the 360 surround camera with the adaptive cruise control package. Its a feature you could of added to the A7 if you wanted it. I dont have that on my 2016 Audi A7.

No A7 (at least US spec) has the 360 camera. It's not an option.

Hmm you are right I overlooked the specs when is says only corner view camera for A7 whereas for the A6 they have both top and corner view cameras. Didnt realize Audi will skimp on something like this for the A7...
