2016 Audi Connect
Has anyone else with a 2016 Audi A6/A7 been required to input their myaudi PIN every time they try to use connected services? I have taken it to the dealer and was told it is a known issue and they are waiting for a software update. I didn't have this issue with my 2012 A7 and I have checked my settings. That doesn't seem right to me and I wanted to get some owner feedback. Thanks.

I finally contacted AoA and was told (based on my VIN) the issue is the SIM card itself was sent from the factory 'locked' and they will have to send me a new SIM card.....which should arrive in the next week.

Ah, finally a solution!! At what email address/phone number did you contact AoA at?

Go to Audiusa.com and click myAudi. On that screen, scroll down and click 'contact us'. It should give you an option to call, e-mail, or chat. I used chat and was able to get a transcript of the conversation just in case the dealer had any reservations.

I was complaining to a sales rep about this just the other day. Glad there is a solution. Have any of you experienced issues with logging in? I'm told the server is down or something

It seems like this is an issue with the 2016's only???
My 2016 RS7 is due to arrive..am interested in knowing this problem.
Since 2 others have replied with no issues...Can those with no issues confirm if they have the 2016 or not??
