Hi all


This is my first post on the forum


I just bought a A7 with the 3.0 TFSI engine.


I also own a TT RS S-stronic that I just love driving.


On the A7 I miss a bit more exhaust/engine sound. What is the cheapest/easiest way to get more sound. I'm not after more performance, but I don't like to lose any performance either.


On the TT RS there an option of installing a second cat delete pipe. I have the sports exhaust on the RS, and that makes enough sound for my liking, so I don't have the delete pipe my self.


Another thing.. I cant seem to find Audi World on Taptalk?

There are several options. There is APR, Stasis, Armytrix which from what I've heard is very loud like teens souring up their class b cars and I have the AWE touring exhaust quad tip version. Mine set me back nearly 4k with install. Except for Armytrix, the others are more subtle, but definitely there when you "punch it" which was all that I wanted with little inceprease in cabin noise. Search you tube and you can hear many examples of the varieties out there. AWE's is right on to the real thing. If you are a diyer then cost would be parts and shipping only.

There are several that have made modifications to the stock exhaust system. I don't know how much more sound but they both look less expensive than installing a cat back system.

One is the center muffler delete


Another is adding a second outlet to the muffler
