Default A7 Steering issue

Recently purchased a 2103 A7 with just under 40K miles on it and I am noticing an unusual issue while driving at high and low speeds while in "auto".

What is happening is there is a slight slip or gap when making slight steering adjustments. It's hard to explain but is feel like the steering wheel is loose for for a very small/short increment.

My concern is that this will become more of an issue? I've taken it in once to the Dealership where they didn't find anything.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Check your A7s wheel balancing and alignment. I know that the A7 steering is not the most agile one as it should be but its not too bad as well.

Try it in Comfort and then Dynamic, and see if the issue is there as well.

Thanks for the recommendations! It is not noticeable in Dynamic, only when in Auto. I just had the tires rotated and balanced and they said there were no signs of them being out of alignment.

Have an appointment with big Audi Dealership where I bought it and also purchased the comprehensive extended warranties. Will see if the tech notices what I do. Will reply after the appointment.

Also suggest you ask the dealer to check for the latest steering SW update. I believe it was issued a few years back. Some owners refused it because it lightened up the steering in all settings. I had the same problem with my 2012 A7.The update solved the problem.

Enjoy the ride.
