Heard nothing but good things, as evidenced by most feedback on here.
I'm looking at going straight to stage 2 pretty soon.

I had Stage I on my '12 A7 and loved it. The difference is quite noticeable in power delivery and I actually got better gas mileage. I noticed no degradation in how smooth and quiet the drivetrain was. I plan on going straight to Stage II on my '16 soon.

Hey let me know if you are getting the APR stage II for the A7 soon. I have a 2016 as you know and I want to get the APR tuning. How does it compare to Revo tuning?

I am not familiar with REVO and can't speak to how it compares to APR other than what is online. I am thinking about getting it done after the holidays. I will let you know if I ultimately get it done.

OK great! I'm likely to get it before you do in the next month or so. Will also keep you posted.

BTW, do you know what was your output HP and Torque after doing the APR Stage on the prior A7?

It wasn't dyno'ed but based on APR it was around 365 HP at the wheels but it felt significantly faster. I spoke to APR yesterday and they indicated Stage 1 on the 2016 are 436 HP and 372 lb/ft.

Thats sweet improvement there!! Especially with the current 333 hp we have on our supercharger which feels alot faster then the pre-facelift A7. The problem I am having now with only 20k miles and using top tier gas is that I cannot launch my A7 very quickly to get 4.7 0-60 anymore and I rarely do it but I am getting around 6 seconds which is pathetic and I feel that even with 93 Mobil gas my car is sluggish in sports mode and wheezes out at higher RPM which was not the case last year when I bought the car. Any ideas? Doubt carbon build up.

Hmmm.....not sure why the drop off in power. I just hit 20k and haven't noticed any difference in performance. I believe a few 2016's were effected by the fuel rail recall but I haven't been able to find anything from Audi.

The regular ECU is programmed to slow engine acceleration near redline; the APR tune will get rid of that. I noticed a significant difference in that once I got the tune on my previous A7.
