Audi a7 whjeel offset
Hello guys, I am sorry if this question has been answered already but the search engine didnt produce any results.
I have Audi a7 2013 bi turbo TDI 313 ps Euro spec. I am about to buy new aftermarket rims their size is 19/8.5/5x112. They are offered in 3 diffrent offsets 45/35/25. I have trouble choosing the right offset and i am looking for advice, Which one fits and which one would look best? I am planning to run 255/40/19 tires
Thanks.

Correct offset is ET32 for an 8.5" wheel (only width matters for ET).
If you are in the EU, homologation / certification is important. Unlike in the US, where it seems anything goes on wheel fitments. The wheel manufacturer should have a compliance list - these look like BBS offsets.
Either ET35 or ET25 should work. The ET25 will give a sportier look (same as running ~7mm spacers, but better than spacers). Clearance should not be a problem with your (correct) tyre fitment.
Audi use ET37 on 9" wheels, and ET26 on 8" wheels for the A7, FYI. Which means that the outer rim is in the same position on each 8/8.5/9" OEM wheel (0.5"=12.7mm, then divide by two).
But to repeat, if you are in Europe you "may" have exposure to warranty/insurance/compliance issues using the wrong offset.

Hi, I have Audi A7 3.0 BiTDi 326hp, I want to buy new aftermarket rims but I’m wandering what offset to choose. The present wheels are 20” 9J ET37. I’m going to keep it 20” 9j but want it to be as close as possible to the edge of the fender but without touching it. Pls see pictures.
