Recently both rear and front cigarette lighter power has ceased. I use these outlets to charge my phone. Tried new cables and usb adaptors but nothing. Looked through manual but it's very confusing in terms of where it states the fuses are located. Can anyone help identify?

Manual says drivers side front in red casing but there are not fuses there..
