Default Fuse meltdown

My 2012 A7 a/c quit blowing cold air so I went to check the fuses. All the fuses work but after taking them out and putting them back in the computer system is going haywire. The power steering is not working properly, the speedometer doesn't work, the driver door controls don't work and a lot of warning lights are now on. Anybody have any idea what happened and how I fix it?

I would first disconnect the battery for a couple of minutes and let the systems reboot. It could be by removing the fuses one at a time, it threw false failures.

Modern spade fuses have small openings at the top where you can check for power with a meter. If one side is hot, the other side should be hot too. If both sides don't show any voltage, you're probably on an ignition circuit which isn't energized until the ignition is on.
