Hello fellow Audi owners. Glad to be in the club with you guys. I have a few questions regarding the car. I was going through the manual and saw that there is an option to change to the "top camera", although I don't have a button there. Do the A7s not have that?

Second question.. Is there a way to mirror your iphone onto the screen? I know the A7 doesn't have carplay (that's what I gathered), but I heard there's still a way but haven't found a concrete answer.

Lastly... I would like a remote start for the car for the cold winters in Wisconsin/Minnesota. I know you can get one installed on just about any car but I'm nervous about letting someone mess around with the electronics. I feel as though it might cause issues. Any thoughts?

Sorry, I couldn't find the edit button.. It's a 2016 premium plus with driver assistance, s line sport package and cold weather

There is no edit button by default. You have to ask the webmaster to give you edit rights. Once that is granted, you will see the edit button.

There are a couple of different methods depending on your inputs and phone model. While this thread is for the A3, it could give you some ideas for an A7.

While many feel it's not a good idea to have a cold engine idle for any length of time before driving, there are some who have had it done. Try the Viper site and enter the A6/S6 model from the list (for some reason the A7 is not listed for your year but the A6/S6/A7/S7 are all essentially the same electronics).

I followed the link because I'm also interested in a remote start. If Dr. A selects "A7/S7/RS7", it shows the 2016 year option.
