Is a 6.4% discount price reduction off of sticker price for an A7 a decent negotiation?

MSRP / Sticker: $73,385
Discount: $4,750 (6.4%)

The Factory Invoice is $68,982

It is the color we want both ext & int.
We are flexible on the package options, but this car (on the lot) does have our must haves.

Buying in the SF bay area.

Other dealerships have a similar model either “at port” or with a “fellow CA dealership,” but not actually on lot.

Doing a lease, but want to negotiate the firm car price up front.

Does that include either an owner loyalty or "conquest" incentive? When I bought my 2016 a year ago I got $5,000 off and that included owner loyalty. I'm not going to claim I always get a rock bottom price, but I was happy with it. I actually traded a 2015 that I was surprised at how much they gave me for on a trade so I decided not to push for any more off on the new car.

No, that negotiated price does not include either an owner loyalty or "conquest" incentive. It is just the discount off sticker.
