New 2016 A7 Sline launch control?
Greeting fellow Audi enthusiasts! I just joined the Audi family with a new premium plus 2016 A7, with Sline and Balck opt, 3.0 TSFI. Love it! My question, pardon my ignorance, does this model have Audi's launch control? Before I try it, I want to know if it's compatible so I don't mess the car up. Thanks in advance.

No launch control. The sports mode is awesome for this car and it accelerates super fast. I have the 2016 Audi A7 with sports package and that car can do 4.7 seconds 0-60. Now i am planning to do Stage 1 Revo software to bump the HP from 333 to 380 plus soon for 999 dollars.

Launch control is more or a manual transmission or Dual Cluch automatic thing as the clutch engagement versus rpm is the key. With a torque converter and AWD there is really not much it can add. Put your left foot on the brake and bring the RPMs up to where they won't go any higher and release the brake and floor it.

yes, but You have to switch off esp, and put it into dynamic mode.. then once You hit the gas, while holding the brake, the rpm will go higher than usuall and stay there for a while.. then just release the brake and it will catapult You to the moon .. I have a 2011 A7 and it works.
