Enjoy the car!
Ive had my 2014 3.0T for a month now, and I must have a permanent grin on my face every time I drive it. I just love it.
As others have said if you go into the MMI settings for the car, you will find various adjustment settings, including those for the steering.

Congrats. As owner of 14 pearl black with black optic package get to know a good car wash! Came out of red S5 that I thought showed dirt - not even close!
