You could try disconnecting the battery. That should reset all systems.

it did not work to disconnect the battery, and it not worked to drive 360 deg in circle 3 or 4 times. so changing the antenn in weekend hope that will fix the problem.
still shows me wrong position on map.

People, could the problem be that i have this media version: see picture.. Maybe its old and need a update?

The nav version wouldn't have any effect on your issue. You obviously have a hardware or software issue. Best to have the dealer check it out.

I talked with audi and he is very sure that its the antenna since it not get signal its 0 sat. But the navigation is working fine but always offroad. So i change antenn in weekend and hope the best

I had the same issue, replacing the antenna has fixed it.

Hi im New but had the same issue on my A6 - Have a Read

Mine was showing wrong location and going through fields and rivers
it was off by half a mile i recognized the area but nowhere where i actually was.
