At what speed does rear spoiler lift?

Can you describe where it is located, I could not find where is loacted in the manual. My car is on ther way from Germany.

The row of buttons just above the climate controls where the park aid, traction control, and auto start stop are.

It's a graphic switch. Looks something like a spoiler. No written description and just to the right of middle of switches. Maybe middle. More fun to make it come up on it's own though (when you can).
