Hey all,


I picked up my new 2012 A7 a couple of weeks ago and managed to get OEM black rims included in the deal. A couple of projects I wanted to do are:
- install RS7 Grille
- install Carbon fiber wing


I was wondering if anyone did this upgrade and are happy with it. even if you didn't, I'd appreciate your opinion on whether these upgrades will make the car more stunning or worse.

upgraded my lackluster A7 to RS7 front grille last year, very happy with this under $600 mod (eBay grille + very good body shop).

I was worried about the quality of the Ebay grills vs. OEM, but it looks like you didn't have any issues with it, right?

I got mine from USP Motorsports then had it painted to color match. LOVE IT!

I have had no issues with the eBay knockoff whatsoever. Haven't even had to pick bugs off it either. I'm either lucky or driving too slow or too fast!

PS: I painted the bottom of the Prestige front SIDE mesh grilles and front of the center dam (bottom front spoiler) in silver metallic enamel for a little extra pop

If you haven't seen too many Audi grilles, than the A7 grille is great. In my neighborhood the A style grilles abundant and IMHO kinda boring.

I see what you did with the metallic paint, nice touch, subtle but definitely makes an impact.


Probably gonna follow your footsteps with the grille and also add the carbon fiber wing project into the mix. Thanks for your input! =)
