I am looking at a 2004 and putting this out there.

2001 A8L
196000 (highway up and down I280 San Jose-San Francisco)
Silver/Black interior
Title: Salavage (I claimed an insurance Act of God for a sand storm, trying to get it painted, they totaled the car)

-Leather is this side of perfect
-All Power
-Tinted windows (30 in the back, 50 in the front)
-Extra custom wood kit (I posted other pictures on the boards showing)
-Tires are good
-Brakes 60%
-Premium rims
-Bose system
-Navigation (west coast disc)
-Timing belt is good
-all floor mats
-seat heaters
-Cold AC




I took the monies from the salvage and:
-replaced both front lower control arms
-replaced all brake lines to the calipers
-replaced 1 caliper in passenger rear
-replaced coils (still have some extras)
-replaced the thermostat
-replaced timing belt pully
-replaced the both catalytic converters
-Light inspection
-brake inspection
-registration good through nov 14


if you have any questions, shoot me a message. Though a salvage title, it is not from mechanical issues, it was paint.

sorry for the delay, been a bit technically challenged and also was goiun,g back and forth about selling. however, I have decided to move forward.

Any history on transmission work being done?

transmission was rebuilt at 156K

I will take some pictures. it wasn't major, normal road wear looking really. one chip in the windshield.

here you go. just took some pictures. as you can see, there are small areas, that are really normal for road, but blend because of the color of the vehicle.

the drivers front bumper was like that when I purchased it, as was the small dent on the rear corner by the trunk and the scratch by the audi logo.

there is also a crack from the storm on the drivers lense, though I have not had any issues with leaks to it.

for being 13 years old, the vehicle is in excellent condition, especially the interior.

my oldest daughter was a bit....distraught when I told her I was going to sell it. she said it was like being taken to school in a mini-limo. haha
