If it just has moisture inside the lens, but the rest of the headlight is in good condition, the lense is removable... Take it off, clean it, put it back on with some Sikaflex (urethane sealer, like they use for windscreens - not silicone please) to seal it.
The lense is held onto the headlight body with spring clips (same as glass lenses back in the 'good 'ol days'!)
I'm trying to recall doing mine... I'm pretty certain the headlight can be removed with the bumper still on.
Lift the bonnet (hood) and you'll find large black headed screw holding the chrome strip under the headlight - it's probably torx headed. Remove the screw, then carefully prise the chrome strip free from the guard (wing). It is a press fit using a single pronged plastic fitting into the guard - it's fiddly and very easy to bend the tab on the guard and damage the little plastic fitting (use plastic trim tools if necessary, something forked is ideal).
Once removed, you can acess the two bottom screws of the headlight (both torx I think). The inner one is recessed quite deeply and is easy to drop both on removal and refitting (beware!). The outer by comparison is reasonably straight forward!
The top screws are under the plastic bungs on the radiator support panel. The bungs simply pull out (use plastic tools again to pry up if you have them) and remove the screws (torx head again I think).
Unplug the headlights and I recall it came out pretty easily - I've only done the one about 12 months ago to replace the HID igniter, which is also a lense off job...
