Audi a8 3,7 engine change to 4,2?

Audi a8 3,7 engine change to 4,2?
Hello, i am a new member from Norway with an old audi a8 2000 3,7 quattro 260hp. Hoping to get some free advice from the experts
My car has 335000km on the clock with original engine and transmission. It also has the "oil cooler coolant leak", no oil consumption so i am wondering to keep the original motor in the car.
The engine code is AQG and i was wondering if the 4,2 310hp AQF or AUW will fit and work without changing the harness or ecu? Or how about the S8 engine with 360hp will it fit without hassle?
As far as i can tell it seems that the harness, injectors, ,maf, transmission, exhaust++ is the same on AQF/AUW? Anyone knows or have done this????
