if so - just to get it down you could measure the distance and cut off a slice of a schedule 80 pipe (1/2" or whatever you need), cut a slit in the pipe, heat it, bend it enough to clear the bolt, grease the pulley sides with a minor amount, install the fabricated bushing, then crush/push it back enough to wrap a few 3/8" strips winding around the pipe-bushing to keep it from falling off. if its wide enough a metal band pipe clamp could do the trick to.

So your new hoist is cheaper than this one. Better be careful.

A friend with one of these noted that the video's lift is very dry with no lubrication. That might also be an issue.

watch for country of MFG for the steel. Chinese steel is garbage and it goes downhill from there for their aluminum and sheet metal.
