Car accident with a huge truck. Driver side ruined!! How to proceed with fix?
What can I expect next? The driver of the truck admitted that he didn't see me when he switched his lanes into me.
Are there even parts available to fix a car as old as mine?
The main chassis are fine, it's just the metal sheet that was torn. When the door opens it makes a tiny squeaking noise.
Would I need to repaint the whole car? My engine was leaking a bit of smoke from the hood due to leaking oil or something. And it wasn't the rocker gasket that was the problem. Perhaps I can get that fixed with a bit of help from insurance?

If it where me I would find a fender and door of the same color in a salvage yard and swap them. That is in fact what I did with my A6 when a suicidal deer hit me.

I would do as the_duke suggested and bill the guy involved or his insurance company.
If you go through insurance they will try to write the car off.
For parts, try Wolf Auto Parts or Shokan.

I'm located in South Korea and this particular audi is rare here, and not easy to find spare parts from junk yards.

Yeah, we have the same problem down here!
The other option depending on how your insurance industry works is to insist on a repair as it's not your fault - particularly if the cost of repair is close to write-off value - and if that doesn't work, get a pay-out without surrendering the car and repair it privately (if you go down this route, try to ensure they don't write the car off before 'selling' it back to you, as that will create hurdles to jump in getting it reregistered!).

They said it would take about a month to fix because they are ordering a new door. I dont know if they are ordering the whole door or just the outside metal sheet. Also I'm wondering how they are planning to fix the dents above the wheel. I guess I have no option but to stay out of it and let them take care of it.
