Default Maybe, but I am not sure. Would the shaft + u-joint cause a vibration at high speeds, around 80, ins

instead of a wobble at low speeds? It is weird because from 40 to 60 there isnt a noticeable difference. All I can figure is tie rod ends or drive shaft, specifically the right side seems to do the wobbling and under hard aceleration on a hard left, the right front makes a strange noise but it is so quick I cant really tell. Maybe a bad shaft and/or u-joints?
-Any help is appreciated

Default I did the test, little play w/ car up. Steering is responsive and turns with slight touches to the s

steering wheel. I guess I can rule tie rod ends out.

Default You were right. Checked tierods, bushings, control arms, and everythibg and then threw on the spare

in the trunk which is brand new and had zero road time untill today and the wobble dissapeared.

Then also check by releasing the steering wheel and just turning in a tiny bit, good TR ends will turn the wheels right away, bad ends will need more turning to move the wheel resulting in more play in the steering. You can also turn the wheels all the way in each direction and try to inspect the end visually, but it is harder to tell and see the wear.

You may have them going bad which is why they weren't caught, but I would think if it is wondering at low speeds it would do it ever more at high speeds.
would there be any loose or clunking sound with bad rods ?

There was a really good deal on NEW 255/40-19 HANKOOK VENTUS V12 EVO K110 40R R19 TIRES on ebay last year so I bought 4.

saved like $50 per tire from local dealers.

Was my first time ordering tires online. I took them to just any old tire shop by my house.

Car had wobble only between 55-60

Had to have them re-balanced by more competent installer.

Wobble went away when balanced properly.
