Is the D3 power steering line interchangeable with the D2?

Is the D3 power steering line interchangeable with the D2?
I need to replace the main power steering line on my D2 Quattro. That's the one from the pump to the rack, with banjo fittings at both ends and the end coiled at the rack end. The same line for the D3 looks very similar. Does anyone know whether they are in fact interchangeable? Thanks, Z
