Drive Belt Tensioner
Need to replace my drive belt tensioner on my 2000 A8. My question is, do I need to remove front bumper and radiator for this job? Any special procedure, or do i just take of the old and put on the new?

I just had mine replaced last week. Based off what my shop charged me for labor. I'd say you can get to it without removing the bumper or radiator.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Bumper stays on. You can fit a roller for a hyundai 2.7 to the tensioner arm or replace the whole tensioner assembly.
Edit to add part numbers: DAYCO Part # 89010 or GATES Part # 38027, around $15. The size appears to be 82mm x 17mm x 25mm (or 26mm) Application (among others) 2001 HYUNDAI SANTA FE 2.7L V6 : Belt Drive : Idler Pulley
I have been running one for 10K miles or so.
