I have logo mats in mine currently. They're not OEM of course, but a nice German Ebay find with perfect fit and finish.

The rubber ones are tucked safely away until next winter.

Default S8 is begging for carbon fiber

I should do that...
I have owned a sliver and black A8 and now S8.

I kept all of the molding from my black on black A8 and threw it out when I moved and then within 3 months of moving picked up this silver and black S8 I now own
The one thing they got wrong on the S8 is the wood is kinda merky gray and if I had kept the darker wood I would switch it out.

I think carbon fiber looks even better than the dark wood would on the silver and black s8.

did I just say "wood would: -

wasn't there some guys on Ebay trying to sell D2 carbon fiber kits for something like $800

the DIY doesn't look too time consuming

I didn't DIY. These are real deal carbon fiber from oCarbon and yes, $800. It took him many weeks to do and I found it well worth it. I kept all the OEM trim, but found a full OEM A8 set on Ebay for as a core exchange.

really nice!

1) Are they really that shiny or is it the flash making them look that way?
2) What is the green LED device in your ash tray?

They are about as glossy as they look...they polish and then polish and then polish again. They're so nice they still look wet.

Device is a TMPS monitor from Orange Electronics. It monitors individual pressures, temperatures and battery voltage.

The device right above that just right of shifter is the laser shifter display (Escort ZR3). Kill switch for it lives hidden nearby.

Ok I want that TPMS!

I went to orange site but don't see the type of display you have. (may be older design)
Want to make sure it fits in ash tray.

If you would post part numbers for system I would appreciate.

Thanks
