I locked my car this morning and came back at the end of the day and the battery was dead as a door nail. The marker light on the front and back of the passenger side was stuck on and I didn't notice. I disconnected the battery for a minute, reconnected, and then the light went out. I was able to jump it and now it seems to work fine.

I looked on the web and it seems this happens with some VW cars but not super common. The issue they have is the relay which controls the marker light flash when you lock the car gets stuck on. The relay is located in the CCM on the VW's, any idea if this is the same issue.
