PCV Replacement - A8 Quattro D2
Hey Everybody!
I've been looking all over for a discussion/guide for replacing the PCV kit on my A8. I can't seem to find anything.
Could you please help me with a link showing where each component is located, or at least an affordable replacement kit?
Motor is leaking oil pretty badly now. Need to take care of the pcv and valve cover gaskets.
Thanks!!

People, you have an obligation to ALWAYS include the year of your car (put in your sig, to save the trouble), when asking for help.
PFL and FL cars have 2 different engines (in NA), with 2 very different crankcase ventilation systems.
If you're lucky enough to have a FL car (40V), it is so painfully simple to change that even Bentley doesn't show it in a drawing. It's right on top of the engine, held in place only by the 2 hoses it's connected to....about $60 (or less) online.....077103245B
If you have a PFL, there is no changeable valve, unless it's an integral part of the top cover of the engine block where your vent hoses connect...requires removal of the intake manifold. A leak on this engine at that point would be hose connections or the gasket for the cover....$173.....077103129E
