As I understand the issue, if something isn't rotating freely any more, then the proper fix isn't "push harder" but "get it to rotate freely once again."

So with that in mind, I'm happy to sell a used replacement part but (respectfully) only on the condition that the root cause has been understood and addressed... as an analogy, treating a burn wound is premature if the patient is still in the fire.
