Default When to change spark plugs ?

My S8 is approaching 60K and was looking to do some preventative maintainence rather than pay through the nose at the dealer for a bunch of "check...". Any recos on plugs. Lastly I have a front CV boot that is leaking is it best to replace both at the same time or just deal with the immediate problem. The car is 4 1/2 years old with about 59K miles. Thanks PK.

I'd like to know the answer to the plug question as well. I've got about 50m miles on my NGK iridiums. As far as the boot is concerned, you may as well get both done at the same time. I got my from Blau and my local tire shop replaced them for about $75.

Changed plugs around 32K, and will do again at 50K soon...it does make a difference!

Looks like the Yellowstone need another 20-25 years to recover.

Actually, that picture is from a few miles NE of Mt. Saint Helens, taken a few weeks ago.
