If the guy does that for a living i guess someone would have his phone number or shop where he works.

He probably hasn't responded because he rebuilds and replaces transmissions...a simple atf/filter change, anyone can do...many do this themselves (myself and many others here included).

He doesn't do transmission work for a living. It's a hobby/side job.

I'll call Lawrence-Ashland service and see what they say. They have pretty high google review score 4.7 out of 5.

edit: just received email response from http://integritychicagorepair.com/(iv read on the forum that owner was audi specialist for 5 years)
They say its not recomendable to change the fluid if it hasnt been changed before.

Just changed the fluid, filter, gaskets at Spotlight automotive in chicago.
Shifts much better, sharper, smoother but not perfectly smooth like new.
I would say that small kick from 2nd to 1st is gone but ill update.

I bought pentosin atf1 for 55$ per 5L container on ebay.
Labor cost me 244 with tax and it took 2.5h(2,2h on the bill).

Filtran i think is the oem filter that is used by the dealer.
I ordered it online from parts store and it was listed as ZF but no zf logo anywhere on the filter.Just filtran logo.
